I'm passionate about learning and exploring new ideas; it's what drives me the most. So, it may not come as a surprise that after 4 years of working in product management and consulting, I decided to return to school to pursue my third (and hopefully final) Master's degree. This time, focusing on Information Systems Management, which will help me develop solutions that are influenced by the effective use of data and understanding of relevant technologies.I have spent more than half of my career working on process automation, using technologies like RPA that serve as a stepping stone to intelligent automation, such as AI, ML, and APIs. I want to deepen my knowledge of these technologies and create solutions that can have a positive impact on people's lives. I also enjoy applying human-centered design and design thinking principles to come up with innovative solutions that can make a real difference in people's daily lives.On a personal note, reading has always been one of my favorite pastimes. Although now, I find myself reading fewer books, more journals and newsletters, as a way to acquainted myself with interesting problems and approaches to solving them.
