At Flipkart Health Plus, I contributed to integrating shipment parameters across multiple systems and coordinating with external logistics through 3PL APIs. I improved the SLA calculation system for third-party logistics vendors, distributing it via a FastAPI-based API. Using Pub/Sub architecture, I managed shipment state updates and developed a custom SLA system for sellers. Additionally, I helped troubleshoot issues related to unserviceable regions.
