The DAship program is intended to be a training program for all the newcomers to learn the village tactics with the community and to embrace the development sector as their mode of operation. This whole one-year course has provided me with a great platform to understand how the village operates, and how the panchayat assists in creating this to foster an environment. I have worked As a Development Apprentice at PRADAN, I work with different tribes in the villages to build capacities for sustainable livelihoods across sectors like farming, fishing, horticulture, rights over forests, and lift irrigation through solar power. In my projects, I have worked to advance income, access to food, and the level of individualism among the rural inhabitants. Through DASHIP, I have become a patient and hardworking individual and a dedicated worker towards the creation of a career in this field.

I got to learn some of the basics of the graphic design process, from the initial creative concept to the final product. I was able to use software- programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva to create various types of graphics and layouts. I also got to work with the Team to understand Company's needs and provide them with what they were looking for. I learned how to work with Team to ensure that the finished product met their expectations. Overall, my experience at Asiana Times was a great learning experience.
