As a Development Apprentice at PRADAN, I work with village tribes to create sustainable livelihoods in diverse domains such as agriculture, fishery, horticulture, forest rights, and solar lift irrigation. I have contributed to several projects that have improved the income, food security, and empowerment of the rural communities. For example, I facilitated the formation of a fishery cooperative that increased the annual income of 50 households by 30%.I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya in 2023, where I gained the knowledge and skills to address the challenges and opportunities in the agricultural and rural development sector. I also have a passion for graphic design and have completed multiple certifications and internships in this field. I have 5+ years of experience in creating logos, banners, infographics, and other visual materials for various clients and organizations.
