1) Finalization of salary & wages sheet on monthly basis.2) Maintain the all database of all employees like as Offer letter, Appointment Letter and other required documents.3) Maintain organization chart and review time to time.4) Maintain Employees attendance records, Leaves etc.5) Full and Final settlement and also taking care of employees exit forms.6) Recruited reliable and competent staff, using a careful selection process to ensure quality of organization service to its customers.6) Responsible for Total employee participation, Disciplinary action, Watch the employee Benefits viz P.F, ESI, Mediclaim etc. Employee opinion survey, Performance assessment and development.Manage the birthday policy.7) Coordinate with Travel Management, Security Management and other vendors.
