I have spent 16 years as the Director HR & Marketing in Educational Universities and Medical School & HospitalsAs an HR Director in prestigious educational institutions and healthcare settings, I have cultivated talent and built strong organizational cultures. My entrepreneurial journey took flight with the co-founding of Amara in 2010, India’s leading fashion and lifestyle exhibition, where I've successfully curated over 40 exhibitions and trunk shows across India and now launching in the UK Currently based in London, I am expanding my horizons in the international business arena, running successful restaurants and bars in Central London while also managing my IT startup and digital marketing firm.
