- Prepare the Regional Strategic Plan;- Deliver the Regional Strategic Plan as approved by the CEO;- Identify gaps in membership in the region;- Evaluation of existing members;- Recruitment of new members by supervising the process of identifying suitable candidates and visiting, or assisting in the due diligence process at the discretion of the CEO;- Promotion of the network within the region through the giving of press comment, attendance at functions, etc as determined by the CEO;- Carry out the actions agreed by the Chief Operating Officer (COO);- Evaluation of member firms not deemed to be satisfactory for the network and where appropriate identifying and assisting with the recruitment of replacement firms;- Manage the regional budget;- Facilitate business development activities in the region with the objective of growing the practices of the members in the region both individually and collectively through the establishment of relevant committees;- Establish such regional committees as are requested by the members within the region, once approved by the CEO;- Monitor the activities of the regional committees ensuring that business plans are prepared and planned actions achieved;- Prepare the agenda for the regional conference;- Management of the regional conference;- Carry out ad-hoc projects as agreed between the CEO;- Prepare, facilitate and manage the Regional Advisory Council.
