Manage overall operations and responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Ensure safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems, principles and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities includes:1: Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives. 2: Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives. 3: Confers with the chief administrative officer and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions. 4: Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development. 5: Oversees projects needs and materials departments to review production and operating reports and resolve operational, consulting and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth. 6: Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis. Reviews and supports engineering and sales to oversee design concepts with fundamental or new technology used for new or existing products or improvement to provide cost reduction, safety, customer requirements and market growth. 7: Reviews operations and plans to meet requirements for sales planning and to ascertain deployment or outsourcing requirements to develop new markets. 8: Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.

Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities. Developing proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs). Coordinate account startup. Supervise service department. In charge of project implementation and product delivery.
