I wore many hats at Grey Sail. My initial priority was to setup, integrate, and deploy a new ERP system, called Vicinity Brew, to help manage the overall operations of the brewery, from brewing beer, to tracking inventory and costs, to CRM. The software was setup and brought on "live" after just five months, one of the fastest rollouts of Vicinity's software in a microbrewery.After rolling out the software and performing various brewery tasks from canning line operation, delivery driving, bar tending, and more, I moved to a new sales position and managed two territories in Connecticut. In the last quarter of 2016 I was able to achieve 30% sales growth compared to Q4 of 2015, a time where sales typically slows down with the decline of the tourist season. Show less

The trailer was instrumental for our marketing and brand awareness efforts at different agricultural trade shows, forestry trade shows, and our sponsorship at NTPA sanctioned tractor pulls.
