As a Technical Support Analyst I at Shamrock Trading Corporation, I provide world-class system and application support to both internal and external customers. I configure and install new systems, upgrade and support existing systems, automate processes and reporting, and perform in-depth troubleshooting of technical issues. I also partner with other internal technical teams to resolve more advanced issues and create documentation to help team members resolve issues more quickly.I hold a B.S. in Cybersecurity from The University of Central Missouri, where I developed a strong interest and knowledge in various aspects of cybersecurity, such as offensive security, defense tactics, ethical hacking, and penetration testing. I am resourceful, insightful, and passionate about constantly improving and learning new skills and technologies. My goal is to apply my cybersecurity expertise and technical support skills to enhance the security and performance of corporate systems and applications.
