Military responsible for the employment of armored units and all combat enabling capabilities for increasingly responsible positions to include Platoon Leader, Troop Executive Officer, Troop Commander, Battalion/Squadron S4, Observer/Controller/Trainer Team Chief. Responsible for over 140 US and allied soldier for their training, discipline, morale, and readiness to conduct highly complex operations over a large area to protect other forces and gather useful information for the senior commander. Synchronized the combat power of thirty five armored vehicles and indirect fire systems during a live conduct of fire execise integrated with aviation capabilities. Managed the reorganization of a cavalry squadron of over 600 soldiers to include integrated new equipment and accounting for existing equipment without waste of government resources. Three times named the battalion's logistics officer conducting logistics planning, coordination and execution for full scale operations for units with over 600 soldiers and more 100 combat vehicles, to include aircraft. Planned and evaluated training for two national guard tank battalions and three separate companies to include both crew firing proficiency and maneuver proficiency exercises.
