- Managing all the sales related activity of the company. - Handling of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.- Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.- Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.- Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.- Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.-Produces reports based on the sales of department, Train new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines, - Preparing all necessary documents to open account for new customers, including Ctos checking, Respond to any inquiries from the customer, - To monitor Sales /Payment collection/ Ageing, on bad debts cases preparing Reminder/ NOD from Lawyer to customer, - Monitor Salesman expenses (Toll / Diesel RM-KM/ Vehicle Maintenance/ Up Keep) - To prepare Salesman monthly Commission,-To cooperate with production to fulfil delivery, Preparing Invoice, Statement, Credit/Debit Notes for customers. -Monitor all Warehouse issues like Rental & Insurance, Monitor and prepare all Vehicle GPS System Reports, also to maintain company adverting matters like Product Catalogue, Yearly Calendar printing, Billboard and many more.
