I helped transition the AWACS & Pharmarack C2D Team to processes and systems where they operate with a higher degree of clarity and intention, supported by setting up a strong operating system. There was a significant increase in cross-functional accountability and productivity. I set up a PMO to track and review the progress of Key Initiatives, Products, and Individual Teams.Frequently, I was directly deployed to work with various teams on an as-needed basis to support, manage, and deliver business outcomes.I also supported the Founder with people management, project management of key initiatives, external partner relationship management, and reporting.
