Lateral Hiring: Recruiting for Pan India Operations comprising of corporate headquarters, 5 plants and 4 assembly units• Ability to effectively manage requisitions and consistently meet performance metrics and goals.• Interfacing with the hiring manager and the supervisors, leading intake meetings,collaborating/communicating consistently to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction with candidates, and effectively expediting process flow• Creatively sourcing diverse, high-caliber candidates by maximizing internet resources, cold calling, social media, referrals, and networking• Managing the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting• Partner with hiring managers to discern workforce needs; define job parameters• Outline desired qualifications; and source, screen, interview and select bestoption candidates for skilled/technical trades, management positions and support staff openings• Filled 40+ positions within first 6 months of hire, meeting deadline to ensure the on-time, fully staffed grand opening of manufacturing plant• Schedule appointments to meet, interview and screen various candidates• Present qualified candidates to higher management, schedule interviews and close positionsCampus Hiring:• Researching and participating in a variety of recruiting activities including formingrelationships with MBA, Engineering and Polytechnic colleges• Directing and taking ownership of on-campus and online recruitment drives
