Acting Customer Service Manager - Branches
Current- Promoting and selling all retail financial products Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Bancassurance, accounts, deposits to support sales staffs in branches.
- Carries Out all branch tasks ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and adhering.
- Provide special information, guidance, and advice to customers through the delivery of excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and achieve customer satisfaction always complying to the staff Code of.
- Handling additional responsibility as acting customer service manager for smooth branch functioning, by coordinating daily operations including morning staff meetings, addressing, and resolving customer complaints.
- Performs another duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manger to support the smooth functioning of the branch.
- Confirm to the requirements of BCM, maintains awareness of the branch’s business continuity plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption
