• Handling of logistics and Imports / Exports Operations.• Manage the supply chain from procurement to distribution.• Supervision of Cross Trade, Cross stuffing, Trans-shipments and switch Bill of Lading matters for inbound and outbound shipments.• Regular Coordination with 3PL (Third Party Logistics).• To deal with MSDS, IMCO Classes, Certificates of Analysis to make bookings of Dangerous Goods shipments. • Dealing with Free zone matters (TRANSIT IN, TRANSIT OUT, TRANSFER of OWNERSHIP, IMPORT FOR RE-EXPORT and LOCAL TO FREEZONE BOE, s and Exit Entry Certificates).• Coordination with banks related to LC, DP Sight and DA documents• Coordination with Shipping Lines, Freight forwarders & transporters for timely deliveries on budgeted cost.• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, vendors and customers to obtain and deliver final product on right time.• Facilitates communication between production, purchase, sales, finance and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain process.• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.• Resolving problems concerned with transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports operations and customer issues.

• Responsible for the day to day running of Air, Sea and Road Export/Import operations.• Handling by road distribution & border clearance matters of Export to all GCC region.• Daily sending approximate 20 to 30 local deliveries to all UAE states• Entry and submission of BOE's, Certificate of Origins, GCC certificates and Commercial Legalizations for shipments.• Dealing with drivers for on time delivery of goods.• Making reports for Stock in hand, delivered Stock and Stock in Transit.• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport to deliver the final product within target time frame• Coordination with Sales, Purchase, Production and finance departments to run product life cycle in efficient manner.
