Infrastructure Project Manager
Current• Determine and define project scope and objectives• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan• Create SOW & Work order, Cost estimates and to work with Client and Cognizant POC’s for sign off • Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution• Monitor manage progress and document risks, escalations as needed• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement• Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills• Lead assigned projects to completion• Communicate project objectives to all team members involved• Maintaining the project budget & Work with finance POC’s for timely submission of invoices • Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects
