Duties:• Preparing Daily Return master and flashing to all respective HOD's & Team's.• Preparing daily (RVP Pending & Pending Delivery) performance report and flash to reporting Manager and LP partner's. • Preparing Refund Master and keep an eye on customer refunds with co-ordination with QC & Finance Department.• Taking care of end to end process of reverse logistic.• Coordinating with LP for timely pickup will be done within the defined TAT.• Handling Social Media and CEO Escalation of RVP & resolve the same within the TAT with coordination with LP & CS. • Ensuring picked shipments should reach to origin on before the defined TAT.• Preparing billing MIS of LP ensuring all the rates should be same as defined in agreement finalised.• Working closely with LP partner for pickup performance.• Working towards target to achieve 90% pickup within 72 hrs. & 80% on same day.• DTO performance: Whatever shipments got picked up that should deliver to origin on defined TAT, target to deliver 90% shipments in 3rd day at Origin. for the same working, closely with LP.

Duties:FPC (Fix Point Chart):• Preparing FPC for BDTV Channel and sending the same to Playout Team, Customer Care Team, Operations Team, HOD’s, Sourcing Team and other respective authorities for further process.Planning Creation of Shows:• Making products list to prepare the briefing on a daily-basis in coordination with Sourcing Team.• Preparing inputs based on offers sheet and product details shared by Sourcing Team to make id’s in CRM & OPS.• Taking Inventory status for all products from respective MD’s.EPG Checks:• Coordinating with broadcast team all show will be on air properly according to FPC.• Taking care all products will be properly line up IN EPG (Electronic Program Guide).Proof Reading of Shows:• Make sure the all show will be ready on time before the show plan in FPC. • Coordinating with editors to prepare the show on time.• Checking all video before the go on air and getting done any error and changes from Editing team.Call Centre Updates for New Show:• Coordinating and sending Show, Offer Sheet & Product details to customer care and make sure the all agent will be aware about products offer details to generate orders and revenue.• Also helping & resolving products and offers related issues with coordinating with respective MD’s. Operation Team:• Coordinating with operation team to make sure all offer are created in CRM & Website before the product go On Air.• All video links to be made available on YouTube, Facebook & others social networks site.Reports (OPS/CRM & TVP):• Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports & Sharing to Reporting authority.• Preparing Order MIS dump Daily basis and converting in to Monthly MIS Dump.• Preparing OPM & GSV reports Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis and sharing to reporting authority.• Preparing slot wise and time wise report to make FPC to understand the products performance and applying the same in to FPC to increase the orders and revenue accordingly.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external client, vendors and other departments to facilitate the flow of Goods related information.• Adept at sourcing potential vendors in compliance with the company policies and procedures. • Develop the vendors so as to get the supply of the products at right time and at a competitive price.• Raising PO (Purchase Order) to vendor to deliver the stock to warehouses.• Co-ordinate with vendor for stock follow-up.• Co-ordinate with Quality team for sourcing product quality checking if there is any quality issue co-ordinate with vendor to recheck the product quality.• Guide to vendors about labelling as per Legal Metrology & FSSAI terms & condition.• Generate stock report every day and maintain stock.• Handling all backend work e.g. maintains data, reports, summery etc...
