Key Task & Responsibilities:• Perform Sampling Of raw & Packaging material as per sampling Protocol to comply with standards/requirement.• Perform testing of Raw & Packaging material and release as per approved SOPs.• Perform new samples for trial purpose of all facilities.• Maintain release, hold & reject tag on raw & packaging material.• Signing of FGS in ERP & making COA of Plastic and ampoule in case of absent of QC Officer.• Conduct vendor visit as per requirement.• Raising of vendor complaints and follow up of such rejected material.• Establish specifications of raw and packaging material as per requirement. • Ensure that compliance of approved SOPS. • Report all near miss incidents, accidents and identified HSE related risks of work place or activities to HSE department.

Key Task & Responsibilities: Quality assurance officers monitor the work of the manufacturing technicians and quality technicians in a manufacturing plant, oversee the record keeping of the team, and prepare appropriate reports for management. They check equipment to make sure it is calibrated and operating correctly, inspect storage areas to make sure conditions will maintain the quality of the materials and products, and also sign off on every step of the manufacturing process.

Key Task & Responsibilities: Troubleshoots and repairs alternating current electrical systems on generators, automatic transfer switches, generator controls and engine related mechanical failures; and performs routine preventative maintenance, oil and filter changes and inspections on all generator and by-pass pumps.
