With the Mandate of The Federal Board of Revenue, I was responsible for the auditing and evaluating the Nonprofit organizations including universities. This audit covered all the departments and the aspects of the organization. Key Job Functions included:- Getting an overall briefing from the Higher management of an NPO regarding the Vision Mission, objectives, operations and the financial matters of the organization.- In the light of the documents related to a particular department, interviewing the head and the managers of that department.- Giving suggestions to the higher management to improve their services and operations.- Creating a final report based on the observation. - Presenting the report in front of the panel and justifying the decision of passing/ failing an organization.
