• Handling Corporate Account Consolidated Contractors of International Company (CCIC) Consisting of almost 30,000 Employees, Coordinating with Managers, Travel Coordinator & Employees to arrange their travel Requirements.• Providing the best possible option to the client with the most cost & time effective Routings.• Negotiate with the Airlines to get the best Deal in the areas where the fares are very high.• Issuing Special Fares E-Ticket, Reissuing E-tickets, Revalidation & Rerouting etc.• Keeping Update to Client regarding transfers/stopovers Rules.• Ensuring all the Business Travel done by the employees is Strict as per company Policies.• Issuing PTA’s.• Issuing EMD for the Group Booking/Ticketing.• Providing Training to new Staff.• Kept Corporate well informed of Schedule Change of Flights & fares rules.• Doing Refund for Full & Partially utilized E-tickets from CRS (Galileo).• Updating manuals, fare files and circulars to Staff.• Maintaining Queues & removing unwanted segment from PNR in order to avoid any GDS ADM• Maintaining Time limit to avoid PNR Cancellation.• Getting group fare quotation from different airlines during shut down in a way where it’s profitable for both Travel Agencies to reach the business targets as well as corporate client cost savings.• Responsible to meet multiple objectives within an organization, manage existing Account/customer relationships.
