Responsibilities:● Coordination of all Admin, Support & Personal works pertaining to MD● Maintaining petty cash system● Handling of outdoor matters (Banks, Taxes, Billing, Vehicles etc) ● Coordination of civil works (Bungalow and Sites)● Assigns duties to peons, office boys, drivers, guards & janitorial staff on daily basis ● Coordination of travel arrangements (airticket, hotel bookings etc)● Coordination of meeting arrangements (indoor and outdoor)● Managing booking & appointments ● Preparing reports & documents on daily basis.● Follow-up of MIS reports for M.D.● Updating of contact database.● Management of credit card bookings, keeping accurate records, office petty cash system; checking invoices and coding appropriately;● Preparing papers (proofing, formatting, editing) and sending out mailings● Perform a variety of responsible and confidential secretarial, clerical and administrative duties● Issuance of office orders, memos, announcements etc.● Looking after transport and vehicles affairs and maintain its record.● Handling of vehicles fleet insurance and tracker issues.● Diary/appointments management.● Preparing visas of directors and their families, Clubs Membership, Travel /hotel bookings,`Passport renewals, expense claims, meeting arrangements, and keep track of work deadlines.
