Senior Manager - Product Corporate (Business Technology)
Current• Define future Business Technology application strategy & keep alignment on regular basis - deliver application road-map for corporate applications to eliminate legacy and channel investment in technology to enable future business growth for the next 3-5 Years• Responsible for the solution design, build, configuration, deployment, support, integrity and ongoing management of all corporate applications• Effective partnering with business functions, understanding & discuss requirements, manage & track demand pipelines• Build and manages relationships with senior leaders and contribute to cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution• Ensure successful delivery of best in class IT Applications, Digital Transformation projects: Managing projects right from inception: preparing the business case, budgeting, feasibility studies, project briefs, project charters, Scoping, RFPs, Product and Vendor Evaluation, Design Reviews, Implementation, Vendor Management, Delivery Management and Support, Project closure• Finalizing IT Projects based on Strategic directions aligned with requirements from Business Units. Ensuring alignment & collaboration with key stake holders• Managing Corporate Applications, • Ensuring high availability and performance of IT Applications, managing escalations• Internal & External Audit Compliance, Project Audits• Change Management in line with governance and audit requirements• Leading a high performing seven-member team of Business Analysts and Technical consultants• Resource allocations, mentoring, appraisals• Establish metrics, KPI’s & Production Support SLA’s• Management Reporting• Manage vendor relationships and vendor deliverables to ensure effective execution
