Participating daily meeting forday to day activities. Monitoring the site progress for all type of mechanical, electrical, firefighting security and IBMSservices installations and coordination with other services for maintenance space, access & interfacing.Solving day to day site problems between MEP trade with civil construction, architectural, interior &other trades. Continuous review of the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works withregards to MEP services and report to the project Manager on the same. Making sure the work progresses smoothly, bottlenecks anticipated are effectively removed with theaim of successfully completing the project within the time schedule. Ensure that Company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with health and safetydepartment. To inspect concealed MEP service installation prior to closure of void/riser etc. in conjunction withQA/QC and obtaining consultant sign off. Ensuring that the MEP commissioning activities are on schedule and follow-up of commissioningprogress and constraints. Witness on-site inspection for all type of tests (Pressure test, Water leak test, Visual inspections) asper the approved ITP. Witnessing the performance of final testing & commissioning of MEP services.
