Ability to prepare material submittals. Strong knowledge in the process of submittal approvals (i.e. material or shop drawings). Possess accuracy in documentations, i.e., up to date document registers and proper storage of files and records.  Proficient in oral and written English. Considerable knowledge of office methods and procedures to include filing and record keeping. Computer literate: Data entry systems, Microsoft Office Application (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and Internet applications. Can work under pressure & showing commitment. Self-motivated, creative and can work with minimum supervision. Hardworking, honest, and responsible A team player, willing to accept new challenges with an ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Have good interpersonal skills Organized and efficient in meeting deadlines.
