Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager
Current- Handling a team of 10+ recruiters, training and managing them, assigning new requirements get the submission done in time.
- Reviewing and prioritizing job requisitions from clients or hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, and determining the required qualifications and skills for each position.
- Collaborating with clients or hiring managers to understand their feedback on candidates, refining job requirements based on their input, and providing regular updates on the status of ongoing recruitment activities.
- Facilitating salary negotiations between clients and candidates, presenting job offers, and assisting in the negotiation process to ensure a successful placement.
- Updating and maintaining candidate and client information in the recruitment database (Crelate) ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Monitoring recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and client satisfaction levels, and generating reports to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
