Providing comprehensive advice and employee relations services to various BUs within Nakheel PJSC, along with input to development of employee relations and Human resources policies and procedures. Participate in the full range of employee relations activities, process complex disciplinary, grievance and related cases involving a wide range of employees as well as Performance management, Payroll, Oracle HRMS, JD Writing and JD Evaluation , Compensation & Benefits administration.
