• Design Well Completion/ Workover Programs based on consideration of well integrity, completion and testing requirements.• Finalize Programs for Well Interventions and Well Integrity Operations.• Plan & Supervise Well Testing, Completions/ Workovers, Well Interventions (Slickline, Wireline & Coiled Tubing) covering Production Optimization jobs, Acid Stimulation, Well Killing, Nitrogen kick off, Perforations, Scale Removal, Jet-Pumps, Production Logging, BHP Surveys, Plugs setting, Downhole camera, MDTs etc. in compliance with company Procedures & Regulations.• Participate in evaluating the Well Integrity related Workovers. Plan Operations ranging from well killing, retrieval of completion including milling/ fishing operations, well testing and Re-completions.• Provide technical support to Team when engineering problems occur during the Completion, Testing & Intervention operations.• Prepare risk assessments for Completion, Workover & Intervention Operations.• Perform post well reviews, capture and incorporate learning’s into future programs and ensure implementation of Lessons Learned.• Review bid scopes, Participation in Technical bid evaluations and reviewingservice company Contracts.• Coordinate with PSCM for contractor performance management and logistics required for completion, well testing & interventions services.• Review budget/ AFE’s for Well Testing, Completion and Rigless Intervention Operations, monitor actual cost and analyze variances.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES ARE:• Support management in planning & safely execution of departmental tasks within the approved budget.• Plan & Supervise Well Completion, Testing, Interventions (Slickline, Wireline & Coiled Tubing), Production Optimization jobs, Acid Stimulation, Nitrogen Lifting and other Operations in compliance with company and local regulations.• Plan and carryout Production Logging, BHP surveys, Tubing integrity logs.• Well Integrity Management - Annuli pressure monitoring, wellhead cavity testing, corrosion logs, multi-finger caliper log, investigations/ diagnosis and remedial jobs accordingly.• Design & ensure availability of Wellhead/ X-Mas Tree and Downhole Completion equipment for upcoming wells by timely Procurement and inventory management.• Review & Finalize tubing stress & movement calculation (WellCat) for optimum completion design. • Provide guidance to team for planning & job execution and help them in trouble-shooting operational problems during execution of job.• Finalize Services Contracts related to Testing, Completion & Intervention Operations and timely payment of Invoices accordingly.• Finalize Rig & Rigless Operational programs and end of job reports.• Finalize Budget & AFEs for planned operations and take necessary approvals from stakeholders.• Track performance of service providers, support in setting contractors KPIs and carry out annual contractor audits.• Identify wells with downhole problems, evaluate possible solutions/ new technologies and propose appropriate solution/ way forward.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES WERE:• Plan & Supervise Well Testing & Completion operations including preparation of completion assemblies, installation of Well head/ X-Mas tree along and Completion Integrity Testing• Design & Supervise Well Interventions with Slickline, Wireline & Coiled Tubing such as: Production Logging, BHP surveys, Plugs setting, SSD opening/ closing, Thru-Tubing inflatable packers, Perforations, downhole camera, Scale removal, MDT’s, Nitrogen Kick off, Perforation Wash etc.• Well Integrity Management - Annuli pressure monitoring, wellhead cavity testing, corrosion logs, multi-finger caliper log, investigations/ diagnosis and remedial jobs accordingly.• Design & perform Acid Stimulation jobs in Carbonates & Sandstone formations.• Select appropriate Well head/ X-Mas Tree & Completion equipment and Procurement of the same.• Review & Finalize programs & reports for well completion, rigless well interventions, Perforations, well kick off & well integrity jobs.• Plan & execute surface well testing operations (Rigless) using HP Separator or Multiphase Flow Meter.• Support team in identifying Production Optimization opportunities, determining economic viability, evaluate new technologies and selection/ implementation of appropriate techniques. e.g. Capillary Soap Injection.• Prepare/ Finalize AFE’s/ budget for Well Testing, Completion and Rigelss Intervention Operations.• Preparation of Contracts (Slickline, Wireline, CT, DST, Perforations & Testing) including Tender document, Technical SOW, Technical Evaluations and Finalization.• Coordinating with different services companies during job planning and execution (Completions & Well Interventions).• Support team in identifying Production Optimization opportunities, determining economic viability, evaluate new technologies and selection/ implementation of appropriate techniques. • Verification of invoices ensuring payments as per contract.
