Senior Sales Engineer
Current Playing a key role, built brand advocacy through engagement, developing key messaging, process & procedure development, actioning team growth opportunities, identifying opportunities and working in close coordination with the Account Managers. Responsible for pre-sales support demonstrating and effectively communicating the value proposition to C-level through the line and technical staff. Creating sales proposals with Enterprise Sales Executives, understanding, and defining customer requirements. Consulting with client C+ Level, introducing or expanding technology and services to address customer business challenges. Technical project lead for platforms, peripherals, applications, integrations and databases for Enterprise and Pilot engagements. Reseller channel technical assistance, customer training and sales team managing upgrades and migration. Developed, implemented, supported, and maintained live, custom product demonstrations to ensure deal conversions
