Experience in managing a global DBA team of 23 DBA's from North America, Europe and Asia regions and 3 years of technology management experience. Most of my career, I have been a DB2 DBA leading, supporting, designing databases, application performance tuning, making application recommendations, building agile application environments, building data migration strategies, creating improvised processes, and saving cost for applications. I am a strategic thinker and I am very passionate about building strong teams and empowering team members to become productive and successful.
