Responsibilities: • Participate in project launch kick off and interim job planning meetings. Organize in the preparation in producing project schedules• Assist in reviewing Scope of work on drawings with Project Manager and create submittal log • Actively manages the progress, accuracy and execution of electrical work within the contract scope, budget and agreed schedule• Identify, track and procure all material to ensure appropriate arrival time • Work with Project Manager to identify and resolve any set back or project implication and communicate with all appropriate parties • Document all deviation in schedule and change in scope and present accurate and timely cost impact pricing to General Contractor for all such changes • Manage multiple project change orders• Coordinate venders and vendor product data and equipment deliveries, subcontractor submittals drawings and schedules • Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman to ensure project is on schedule, and within budgets• Act as lead Project Manager in the absence of the Project ManagerSkills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD• Experience with managing multiple small projects or as part of a project team on larger projects • Ability to develop and maintain successful relations to efficiently meet project goals and objectives• Plan and organize projects under the directions of a Senior PM
