Personnel expense of $1.2 Million.• Directed corporate-wide cost reduction initiatives removing $11.3 Million ongoing annual/one-time cost while improving services and customer satisfaction through improved optimization/re-engineered voice & data networks, desktops, distributed support, telecom systems. Received PolyOne CEO Award of Excellence.• Planned network architecture which resulted in infrastructure that increased uptime and reliability.

Directed operation, planning, organizing, implementation of IT client services through Telecommunications, Base Infrastructure, Desktop Systems, Distributed Support, Call Processing, IVRU. Total staff 162 people in several states in decentralized environment comprising $6.4 Million annual personnel expense. •Led corporate-wide cost reduction initiatives resulting in savings of $8.9 Million.•Developed and deployed new network infrastructure that increased application uptime & reliability from 92% to 99.9%+ by use of redundant infrastructure to the desktop.•Centralized 9 distinct call centers into one functional call center housed in 3 locations utilizing Siebel CRM (Oracle 3.x) and Avaya (Lucent UNIX platform), and designed/deployed/operated non-stop frame relay network architecture.

Manager of Network and Office Services Directed corporate wide telecommunications; photocopy/supply/mail and document processing network products services totaling $22.4 Million annually with combined staff 37 people comprising $1.5 Million annual personnel expense. •Created telecom provisioning team to facilitate growth for Progressive from 8 to 360 locations. Data connectivity provided to multiple commercial business customers – most notably Toyota.•Led corporate-wide cost reduction initiatives resulting in savings of $14.9 Million.•Led network implementation of Automated Claims Management System connecting all locations online resulting in claims reduction from 24 days to 8 days. A follow-up project deployed network to mobile claims vehicles further reducing claim duration.
