Leading on the implementation of MTFS.

Responsible for managing the commercial relationship between LBB and their partners, providing advice and support to senior officers on key strategic contracts. Key projects/achievements include:- outsourcing management of pensions scheme and negotiating out of existing partnership.- Insourcing of HR- management of £25m CSG budget and £20 RE budget- year 6/7 strategic contract review support for a number service areas

Role within the Commercial team, providing project management advice on corporate programmes across all service areas. Advising officers across the council on special projects, scrutinising value for money and risk mitigation. Responsible for billing approval to our partners £1m+ per month. Providing commercial advice on various contracts, including the council's construction partnership with Grahams Construction.

Primary role was the leadership of a team of 12, both senior and junior levels, in the sales team, monitoring professional performance across the team and company.I defined and communicated business KPIs to the team, providing professional and personal support on a regularly basis.In analysing market behaviour and understanding our customers, the teams revenue grew year on year, in line with its targets and headcount.In collaborating with colleagues company wide, we identified new business opportunities to expand into new sectors, develop in existing ones, including new geographical locations.
