I have underwritten over $100 billion in Alternative Investment offerings, which includes the analysis of the underlying real estate, financial analysis of the Company and Sponsor Entity, financing and leasing terms, and potential exit strategies. I also work with our Financial Advisers to provide them with continuous updates on offering performance, introduction to new offerings and products, and insight on forthcoming products and industry changes.
