• Managed a company-wide data migration of all employee sensitive information from one HR platform to another. Asses the technical compatibility between the two platforms in order to mitigate the system downtime. Manually corrected any information that was corrupted during the transition of information.• On-boarded all new hires, ensuring all required employment and insurance forms were filled out and processed. Made sure all site safety information & the company's conduct code was discussed and understood by the new employee.• Performed a payroll audit for several employees who had the need for a prorated bonus & pay increases going back several years. Worked closely with the payroll team to confirm any past payments and calculate the correct amount owed to the specific employees.• Worked to process payroll on a weekly basis, managing any paid time off requests and confirming hours worked by employees.
