I was the Director of Business Operations and led recruitment and retention practices for a multi-location contract technical staffing business. I was responsible for a business unit of 35 direct employees and 400 contract employees. Experience in business operations, sales, hiring, training and P&L management. My responsibilities included leading and effectively managing all business operations, hiring and developing successful recruiting teams and designing revenue and profit growth strategies.
