My Position at McCarthy requires wearing many hats. From project inception I am involved with estimating, drawing reviews and coordiantion, verifying outlined scope of work is what is required by the end user, scheduling, budget review, central coordinator for the project team, Owner point of contact for all issues, Implementation of company polocies and procedures, Safety as a first priority, Verification of initial installations, Verify owner's needs are met daily, Daily coordination with project team, budget control, processing project chnages, weekly owner and subcontractor meetings, sometime mediator, sometime life coach! I take great pride in my work and have high expectations for the team. We work together to provide owners a quality product, delivered on time and within buget.

Out of High School I spent four years in two different Infantry divisions. I was assigned to Ft. Carson Colorado for two years after basic training where we do what the army does - intense training and preperation. After Ft Carson I was transfered to Schwienfurt Germany for my last two years. At Schwienfurt I cross trained in armory and with our German counterparts, learned some of the German language (local dialect) and completed my military career in 1984. Proud to have served our country which provided many life long lessons - I feel it would be good for every individual to serve their country!
