I have over 14 years' regulatory experience in investigative, senior policy, operational management and department-head roles.I’ve successfully lobbied government for legislative recognition, developed and instituted whole new regulatory frameworks and overseen hundreds of investigations. I’ve also run world-first data-gathering and research projects, and coached and line-managed operational and matrix teams. I’ve even had my face on the TV a few times and explained the nuances of e-cigarette advertising regulation to the Science & Tech Select Committee. I'm passionate about making regulation clear and accessible and developing the people who work for me to be empowered and successful members of staff.
