• In 2021 IBM spun-off its Global Technology Services division (Revenue: $19B, Employees: 89,000) creating Kyndryl; the largest independent provider of IT Managed Services • Reporting to VP of Global Service Excellence with responsibility for leading assessments of Kyndryl managed services accounts on a global basis. • Responsibilities include establishing scope of assessment with customer and Kyndryl senior leaders, recruitment of Review Teams consisting of IT subject matter experts, planning and leading interactions between Review Teams, Account / Delivery and customer Teams, analyzing and compiling Review Team findings, and communicating findings to customer (CIO) and Kyndryl executive stakeholders. • Objective of assessments is to provide an independent view of account management and IT service delivery, identify opportunities to reduce risk, increase service quality and leverage best practices. • IBM Environmental Technology Services was a consulting capability to asses and improve Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) process maturity (based on IBM best practices), and promote EH&S process automation.
