I have overall responsibility for matching the right stakeholders in innovation projects related to the use of new media and technology within sports and physical activity. I develop, manage and document projects, and am in some cases also responsible for the fundraising.I have developed a framework for the concept ‘Eventbased Innovation’. The concept has already been used as the overall approach in connection with the World Cup for 505 dinghies and Cold Hawaii World Cup. In 2011, Eventbased Innovation will be used as the overall framework for a series of projects in relation to UEFA’s European Under-21 Football Championship.I have developed the concept ‘Sportcasting 2.0’ and ‘Long Tail Sports’, which are about finding models for disseminating sports to an audience that is not large enough to be profitable for traditional media. I have been in charge of several innovation projects concerning Sportcasting 2.0 and Long Tail Sports.Furthermore, I have developed the framework for the concept ‘x-space’, which is about finding a model for how to apply the principles of Web 2.0 to macro-physical urban spaces.

I developed the idea and concept. The concept was developed in co-operation with Thisted Municipality, The Danish Forest and Nature Agency, Visit Nordjylland, representatives from the local education sector, representatives from the local tourist industry and 12 focus groups representing 12 different outdoor activities.

I developed the idea and full concept for Cold Hawaii. Later, I was responsible for its fundraising and overall project management. The latter included implementing a communications strategy, mapping 29 surf spots, identifying the actions needed to create 3 Cold Hawaii top spots, mapping and interviewing user groups, campaigning, event management, secretarial work and full reporting. The project was conducted in collaboration with the Danish and the German surfing community, Hastholm, Sydthy and Thisted municipalities, representatives from the local tourist industry, representatives from the local education sector, the Danish Sailing Association, and The Danish National Forest Agency. NB: In 2010, I received Grethe and Jorgen P. Bornerups Foundation’s Cultural Award and was nominated for the Danish Ministry of Culture’s sport award for my work with Cold Hawaii.

I was responsible for teaching up to 90 students each semester. I developed and implemented a revised curriculum and introduced a new examination format.

I developed the concept and named the product “non-26”. I was responsible for storytelling, project management and coordination of stakeholders. It was good fun but didn't fly.
