Launched the Regional Institute as an open access publishing service with a focus on conference proceedings and other materials of importance to rural and regional communities. TRI ranked in the top 5% of all websites, based on the volume and relevance of its content, which it provides for free. The website is based on a SAAS architecture with membership management, event management, and publishing modules. The "Author Gateway" provides a sophisticated double blind peer review publishing service that enables the markup, peer review, and batch conversion of large volumes of papers in MS Word format to HTML and PDF.

Launched Women on Boards as a website in 2003. Designed, developed, and managed all aspects of the web-based IT infrastructure, office administration and accounting systems, logo design, and branding, that enabled WoB to grow as a global network. The WoB website was one of the earliest implementations of a SAAS architecture, providing a comprehensive suite of applications for membership administration, event management, email campaign management, and professional networking.
