CurrentAs a company Director of Infront I am responsible for overseeing the staffing department as well as the container unpacking service solutions for the warehouse industry in the Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane Markets.It is my priority to provide clients with the best solution that solves their challenges and ensure their needs are met. I understand standards and high expectations and deliver against these by creating suitable processes. For example, I’ve developed strategies that have improved a client’s efficiency, saving that client an average of 2 hours per week. My depth of experience allows me to view the bigger picture with manpower and therefore alleviate issues throughout the logistics chain before they arise. I know the frustration that comes with an inconsistent crew and I eliminate such circumstances by ensuring clear training, direction, order and care for products and their appearance is provided for every client’s delivery to ensure it is ‘right the first time’. I think outside the box and pay attention to detail to provide the best possible service. This can be as simple as making sure your stock is packed the same way up and your pallets are wrapped correctly to arrive at your clients or retail outlet still looking in excellent condition and that all staff are trained to the same level and when able the same crew is consistently sent so requirements are known and the service fits seamlessly into current processes.
