Apple- Global Business Intelligence (GBI) ProgramStrategically led data warehouse programs and initiatives for cloud transformation, large scale datacentre migrations, Modernization and compliance initiatives. Provided thought leadership on design, approach and implementation to enable standardization to diverse practices and enable instituting processes and standards for the enterprise-wide projects. Oversee all aspects of the projects from ramping up/down of resources, leveraging the right skill associates and planning for licenses and security signoffs in advance to steer as per committed deliveries and timelines. Established the vision guiding Apple’s HR business team to Revamp and re-architecture the legacy job portal and hiring portal. Achieved a Single, Cohesive view for the recruitment process which helped in streamlining the process from Job application initiation /Referral initiation to the actual offer rollout. This saved Apple HR millions as applications were not missed, slipped through the cracks and helped recruiter trace and track back origination. Partnered with business and IT teams to help manage project scope and design a high-performance system which was easy to use and powerful enough to handle the necessary transactions that met and exceeded KPIs.
