I am 30 years old. I currently work for Oncor Electric Delivery as a Project Planning Analyst. My duties involve meetings with project managers to discuss and find upcoming work to forecast contract resource needs. This is to ensure Oncor has the proper resources to complete projects effectively to meet customer expectations. I also use the meetings to collect data on projects. Then I use that data to create reports and dashboards to analyze the findings in order to determine construction needs and concern areas. I then pass these findings onto leadership to help in resolving these dilemmas and prevent future concerns. Prior to this current role I have held leadership positions in previous churches. I have led youth ministries where I would teach and educate others on theology. I planned and coordinated events for these ministries. I also met one on one with those in times of need. Finally, I led a small group of individuals where I mentored them and trained them in theology. Another previous role I had was in loss prevention. I held this position in 2 different facilities where I would lead safety meetings. I also had the task of training and testing others on equipment and general safety guidelines. I also made sure safety equipment and PPE was readily available in convenient locations.
