I am excited to take on a new challenge as a Tax Audit Employee at the Belastingdienst. In my previous role as a Senior Controller at JosDeVries, I was responsible for overseeing and improving various aspects of project and corporate finance, including cost control, process control, contracting, accounting, document control, and management support. Over the past four years, I have applied my expertise in PRINCE2® methodology and PMI techniques to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate and financial processes.With over 10 years of experience in project management, I have previously worked as a Project Leader and Account Manager at Boels Rental, a leading equipment rental company. In that role, I led a team of 10 people, coordinated stakeholders, negotiated contracts, developed project execution models, and established project administration and reporting standards. Additionally, my experience in the hospitality industry has honed my skills in process improvement, new business development, and customer service.I am driven by challenging and diverse projects that require analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a results-oriented approach. Fluent in Dutch and English, I thrive in international and multicultural environments.
