- Lead fellow staff members during shifts by assigning side work, managing staff conflicts, and confidently making decisions regarding our guest's health and safety - Address guest concerns and provide solutions to ensure great experiences within the restaurant- Manage the restaurant's outward appearance through social media, menu edits/creation, and website management in Spothopper

- Provide excellent and timely service to upwards of 300 guests a night in a quick-paced and dynamic environment- Collaborate with other staff members to provide a fine dining experience with maximum efficiency- Relay knowledge about craft cocktails and menu items to fit the needs of each individual guest

- Monitor project timelines and ensuring our team is on schedule- Communicates daily with clients and our team to collectively work towards a common goal- Assist project managers with internal tasking and delegation

• Communicate with parents, children, and fellow staff about community issues• Educating young minds about religious differences• Tailoring lesson plans to different age and education demographics

• Schedule appointments and ensuring attendance at events and meetings• Assist with office activities like drafting letters, making copies, and filing documents• Interpret documents in real estate, accounting, and other business ventures

• Assist in aiding student transition into college life, creating a welcoming environment for all new students at Meredith College• Resolve resident’s issues by effectively communicating with students, staff, and faculty to improve the lives of residents on campus• Provide resources to students who need assistance with campus life
