An architect with almost 20 years of experience in the design, development, and management of projects across Middle East, Africa, India and Australia.I have worked as the project lead and client point of contact for major developers and PMO’s viz., Emaar, Dubai South, Nshama, Dubai Properties (now Dubai Holding), North25, Arabtec to name a few. Over the years, I’ve developed, managed internal and external design teams for large scale projects within the allocated budgets and program. For key projects, I’ve been deployed to site for technical and partial contract management. Apart from project related tasks, I am actively involved in guiding and managing the resource allocation for the design team. My knowledge of key local regulations, processes and requirements have helped the team in successfully obtaining permits for challenging projects. I consider my key strength to be my ability to deliver large scale projects with limited resources on time through an organized and monitored approach, foreseeing possible risks at early planning stage, and addressing critical issues affecting progress in a timely manner.
