I leverage the District Management Group's Breakthrough Model to provide coaching and support to school teams in improving student outcomes using a results-focused approach.

At TLA, I led the overall strategic design, implementation, and evaluation of its program model, including innovative learning and research projects for funders, schools, and nonprofit organizations, as well as product design and development, through reports and TLA's resource and guidance page. Leading a small but mighty team of thought leaders.

I support nXu's leadership in the spread and scale of their purpose-focused curriculum through identifying and developing new partnerships with organizations and schools.

I provide strategic advisory support to Compass' Senior Leadership and support the school on grant development and management for its strategic initiaties.

As Senior Vice President at City Year, I led a team of 20+ staff focused on the overall design, development, and management of the products and services of City Year’s Whole School Whole Child program model and innovation efforts. I also helped steward $5 million+ in investments each year to support City Year’s design and innovation efforts and epresented.

In this role, I led the organization's key innovation deparment and its efforts to design, codify, and disseminate best practices in school design across its network of 300+ schools. Over several years, I managed and grew strategic partnerships with universities and organizations like Johns Hopkins University and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. I also.

In this role, I joined in the school’s startup year and led the design, development, and management of a shared vision among its school partners at City Year and Johns Hopkins University. While at Compass I developed and managed systems addressing teacher hiring, student & staff inductions, student-led conferences, school schedules & calendars, evaluation.

In this role, I designed the national training and support model for 1500+ new special educators each year and the learning differences program for 10000+ teachers resulting in record high satisfaction rates and stronger net promoter scores for the organization. I also coached and developed leaders across 8 regions resulting in a 20% increase in student.

In this role, I developed and implemented reading curriculum for students in grades 6-8 that led to 1.5-2 years average growth per year, with some exceeding 3 years of growth in one academic year. I also created and managed schoolwide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and advisory programs resulting in the reduction of behavior referrals.

In this role I managed the Congressional Redistricting, Youth Voting, and Civic Education Projects for former Congressman David Skaggs (D-CO) and National Chair, former Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. I also administered the Center’s multimillion dollar grant program for civic education initiatives in the United States.

While completing my undergraduate and graduate degrees, I supported the development of a performance management system for several social service projects for the Appalachian Regional Commission. I also partnered with the Department of Job and Family Services to create a teen pregnancy prevention program for the state.

While transitioning from undergraduate to graduate school, I was awarded a stipend and resources to support the national organization Voices for America's Children. While there, I assisted in the development of Voices’ Juvenile Justice Platform and drafted issue briefs and policy implementation documents on child welfare and youth development.
