Creating a company to provide energy management services from scratch: submitted business plan & strategy with investors, signed P & L, hired personnel.Performed development of technical solutions for collecting data from AMR and monitoring systems to own cloud service.Conducted energy audits for customers, monitoring and dispatching systems implemented at more than 100 sites, energy management services provided to a 5 main customers.

Created from scratch and implemented strategy of energy efficiency for the X5 group. Developed Energy Savings Program (budget was over EUR 60mln ) with two objectives 1) Increase the energy efficiency of objects (targets was set in kWh / m2 per year)2) Reduce energy costs by 30% in constant values (targets defined in roubles).Main activities of the program:- Optimization of energy contracts;- Implementation of energy-efficient equipment (refrigeration, lighting, HVAC);- Design of a unified monitoring and control systems;- Implementation of AMR systems.Results – goals of program achieved; activities deployed on more than 2,000 sites.
