Members of the Co-Design Committee are expected to contribute to a range of aspects of the toolkit development, dependent on their individual skills and capacity, including:• Advising on the technical considerations required to optimise accessible delivery,design, and content.• Advising on innovative communications methods to convey information to a diverseaudience, such as, multimedia, illustrations, Auslan, captioning and Easy English andPlain language copy.• Providing unique insights from a broad array of expertise and experience to ensurethe Leadership Summit is relevant, accessible, and unique in terms of delivery,design, and content.• Assisting with relevant aspects of the planning, programing, promotion, and deliveryof the Leadership Summit.• Reviewing drafts of the Leadership Summit program.• Assisting WWDA LEAD staff team and other WWDA groups and committees withtheir involvement in the Leadership Summit.

They hire English editors to edit journal articles to a publishable standard.FREELANCE EDITING INVOLVED:● Exceptional attention to detail - checks on documents for grammatical, conventional, and phrasing corrections according to a company devised style guide discrete from standard guides● Quick edit times - edits are due 24 hours after assignment● Training - applying feedback quickly and accurately to subsequent edits, usually within as little as 24 hours after receiving feedback● Reliability - English editing one step in the multi-step publication process, timely completion was of utmost importance

The Early Cognitive Development Centre consists of a group of researchers in the School of Psychology at The University of Queensland devoted to understanding how babies, toddlers and young children make sense of the world around them.ASSISTING WITH PROJECT "CHILDREN'S CIRCLES OF MORAL CONCERN" INVOLVED:● Recruiting and testing 2-10 year olds in the Sciencentre (within the Queensland Museum)● "Opportunistic recruitment": approaching parents and asking whether their child would be interested in the study rather than calling from a list● Ethical procedure: ensuring parental consent while keeping the child interested and briefing parent on the study, then appropriately debriefing the parent.NOTE: this work is now published as "The developmental origins of moral concern: An examination of moral boundary decision making throughout childhood" at https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0197819

CUSTOMER SERVICE INVOLVED:● Day to day customer service operations, customer assistance, department maintenance● Food safety (including online modules and skill upkeep), department cleanliness● Additional store tasks: opening and closing the department (full setup and packdown of the deli case), stocktake, waste and markdown management (use of tools to ensure appropriate loss tracking)

ASSISTING DR NICOLE NELSON INVOLVED● Tested undergraduate students on their response to static mismatched body-face emotions and children on learning and recognition of a nonsense emotion.● Use of a research sign-up system to fill timeslots for undergraduate testing. Child participants recruited by email or phone using lists obtained by the ECDC administrator.● Entered and analysed preliminary data
