Management of all digital communication outlets for the YMCA of Western North Carolina. This includes development of messaging strategy on websites, blogs, social media, and paid campaigns. Additional work with visual media to enhance and support the work done at the YMCA of Western North Carolina in an engaging way. Managed a membership software transition to Daxko during 2014. This included keeping all processes and data checks on time, writing standard operating procedures for departments, following through with final execution of switch over and developing the Daxko online interface. Includes transition and complete rebranding of program in 2011, customer service to program point persons at corporations and individual users remotely and onsite, coordination of third party vendors involved and management of all hardware and software.
